Is the outrage over Stuart Hall’s 15-month sentence justified? This is an interesting write up. I have been tending to share twitter's outrage at the sentence, but reading this more considered write up makes me wonder about it – not because I think it was fair or right or good, but because it does seem, on the face of it, to have been *just*. Which is all we can, or should, ask a sentencing judge to be.
